We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be handed over to fulfillment for shipment.
Standard delivery times are 5-7 business days, depending on your shipping destination.

Shipping Costs
One-Time Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders that meet the minimum order value. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Subscription Orders: All subscription shipments include free standard shipping, regardless of order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be available in your Liven account and will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence (if applicable), and we will assist you with a resolution.

Liven is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or carrier disruptions).
