Our team will provide you with a logistics return label, which must be printed and securely attached to your return parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
!!! Please note that returns are only accepted if you use the return QR code or label provided by us. This allows us to properly identify your return and issue your refund. Returns sent without our provided code or label may be declined.
Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from us through our official online store (including orders placed via our Shopify checkout). It does not cover items bought from marketplaces, resellers, or any other third-party sellers, including second-hand or resold products.
Eleglibility
You may return items from your order if they are in their original packaging, sealed, and undamaged (unless the product arrived defective or damaged). Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please note that all shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
One-Time Purchase (“One-Time Order”)
You may return a product if it is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and processed at our facility.
Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Subscription Orders
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of their first order if they are not satisfied with the product received. Upon such request, Liven will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping charges, VAT, and import duties, provided the request is submitted within the stated period.
